1.	We Assess The Need
	We work to identify and understand the client's needs related to the functional, physical and aesthetic requirements, as well as acoustical parameters so determined through acoustical analysis (either in-house or via the Acoustical Consultant).
2.	We Develop The Solution
	According to the perceived need, we develop a recommended solution including, as required, architectural drawings and/or renderings, models and/or prototypes, and a plan for implementation including timetable and budget.
3.	We Ensure Customer Satisfaction
	According to the approved plan, we work with the architects and contractors to ensure the accurate and timely installation of the recommended "solution"; to certify the performance of the completed installation; and to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
